Gameplay: Tactical PvP With Full Customization
In OverKnights, you pilot customizable robots called “OverKnights.” Your mech isn’t just a cosmetic shell—it’s the foundation of your strategy. Players combine Parts, Components, and Cards to create powerful decks that match their playstyle.
Battles take place in the Libra Tower, a competitive arena where players face off in skill-based duels called Anima Duels. Victory depends on your build, how you play your cards, and your ability to adapt on the fly.
The ultimate goal? Reach the top of the Tower and unlock the secrets of the Hypercube—the game’s mysterious final challenge.
Web3 Integration: NFTs, Ownership, and Future Rewards
OverKnights is built on Immutable zkEVM, giving players full ownership of their in-game items. Everything—from cards and parts to future cosmetic items—will eventually be tradable NFTs.
While the current Alpha doesn’t feature full earning mechanics yet, the team has confirmed that earning and trading will be central to the game’s design. A token is also likely in the future, though details are still under wraps.
You don’t need a crypto wallet to start. With Immutable Passport, onboarding is smooth—even for players new to Web3 gaming.
Access & Platforms
OverKnights is currently available in Alpha for Windows via the Epic Games Store. To participate:
- Sign up on the Immutable Play page.
- Use the same email in the game and on the access form.
- If selected, you’ll get a confirmation email with download instructions.
If you have trouble accessing the game, you can open a support ticket in the Discord server and attach your confirmation email for help.
Future plans include launches on MacOS and mobile in the later stages of 2025.
