IN-Match3 Overview – A Match-3 RPG

What Is IN-Match3?

IN-Match3 is a Web3 RPG that drops you into a multiverse of chaos, monsters, and mysterious portals—powered by a unique match-3 combat system and player-driven progression. The game starts with a global event where portals randomly open across the world. In Europe, scientists were trying to create a teleportation device. In Asia, a tech factory exploded. In Oceania, it was an earthquake. In America, a natural disaster. And in Africa, an alien ship crashed into the planet.

Each region’s portal takes players into a distinct world with its own terrain, monster types, and strange resources. Your mission? Survive, grow stronger, and eventually help build a reverse portal to re-establish contact with the multiverse.

Free to Play, Progression Heavy

IN-Match3 is 100% free to start. When you register, you’ll receive a gray-grade hero. Not flashy, but enough to begin your journey. From there, you’ll level them up, unlock skills, improve gear, and eventually upgrade your hero’s grade. The rarities go from gray to green, blue, purple, red, and gold. Every new level unlocks stat points, which are assigned randomly—making each hero’s build unique.

Eventually, you can convert your hero into an NFT. Once that happens, it becomes unplayable for you but tradable in the marketplace. Another player can buy it and pick up where you left off. Or, you can pull new high-grade heroes through premium boxes if you’re after elite builds.

Match-3 Combat Done Right

At the heart of IN-Match3 is its tactical 5×8 match-3 battlefield. Combat happens through matching gems, each with a different effect.

Red gems trigger your base attack.
Blue gems activate automatic skills.
Yellow charges your mana for special moves.
Green heals your hero.
Purple gives a mix of attack and mana.

You win by dropping your enemy’s HP to zero, and the more gems you match, the more experience and rewards you earn. It’s fast, addictive, and more strategic than it looks.

Monster Raids and Regional Events

The world of IN-Match3 is filled with monsters. Some are easy to fight solo, others are rare bosses that require coordinated global hunts. If you’re lucky, you’ll get trophies and rare materials from them—but ignore them too long, and you’ll pay the price.

These monsters also raid cities. And when they do, it’s not just for show. If they break through, they disrupt buildings and slow your region’s progress. That’s why it’s important to keep defending your territory—and work as a team to protect your ecosystem.

A World Beyond Combat

IN-Match3 isn’t just about fighting monsters. There’s a rich world of non-combat systems too.

You can mine for gems and resources, train professions, upgrade your pet companions, contribute to religious systems for buffs, and help build or upgrade structures in your city. Everything ties into the broader game economy and ecosystem.

You’ll also find dungeons, PvP arenas, exploration challenges, and resource farming zones. Whether you’re a solo grinder or team player, there’s always something to do—and something to earn.

Weapons, Armor, and Crafting

Weapons in IN-Match3 aren’t just cosmetic. They have real effects, change your combat performance, and offer new battle strategies when combined with your skills. You can sharpen, forge, awaken, reforge, and socket them with inlays using materials you collect.

Armor works the same way—each suit protects differently, impacts your stats, and plays into your overall strategy. And yes, all of it can be sold on the internal marketplace for gems or tokens.

So whether you’re a fighter or a crafter, gear progression matters.

The Economy: Gems and the TIN Token

IN-Match3 has a two-part currency system.

Gems are earned through gameplay. You’ll use them for leveling up, upgrading skills, training pets, crafting gear, improving professions, and just about everything else in-game.

TIN is the game’s cryptocurrency token, and it plays a premium role. You can buy it through outside exchanges or the internal marketplace, and use it for hero boxes, rare item auctions, building rentals with tax rights, premium shops, and more.

The game also features an automatic gem-to-TIN exchange using a liquidity pool, so you can swap instantly with no delays. It’s one of the smoother in-game token systems we’ve seen.

Player Governance: The Council of Heroes

IN-Match3 takes Web3 seriously when it comes to community control.

At the end of every 28-day season, the top 1000 players in each region earn a spot on the Council of Heroes. Your rank determines your vote weight. Players vote on what gets built or unlocked next—maybe a new dungeon, a forge upgrade, or a mining tech buff.

Once a vote passes, the community must complete specific in-game tasks to activate the tech. The progress is boosted by how much TIN is staked in the tech’s pool.

After the tech unlocks, the next council is elected, and the cycle starts again. Council members also get rewarded based on their participation and their region’s performance.

It’s a real, working governance model that makes every player’s actions matter.

Built for Performance

IN-Match3 is developed in Unity, but all calculations happen on a backend simulation coded in GOLAND. The game sends your move, runs the logic server-side, and sends the output back to be rendered. That makes the system lightweight, secure, and replayable for every match.

The game also uses pre-rendered backgrounds and animations to reduce GPU load while keeping the world immersive. On the server side, it’s powered by Amazon Web Services with Lambda, DynamoDB, and a full suite of tools like GuardDuty and CloudWatch for monitoring and security.

In short: it’s polished, scalable, and not another clunky crypto prototype.

Final Thoughts

IN-Match3 blends the addictive loop of match-3 combat with deep RPG mechanics, a real in-game economy, and a governance system that gives power to the players. Whether you’re into PvP, crafting, monster hunting, or politics—there’s a role for you in this world.

And with a free hero to start, there’s no reason not to at least check it out. Play, grow, earn, and vote—IN-Match3 might just be one of the more complete Web3 gaming experiences to date.
